Refunds

If a paid product doesn't work for you and we can't fix it, you get your money back. Email hello@wrennick.com within 14 days of buying, with your order email and what went wrong.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

Your right of withdrawal

Plugins and style packs are digital content. If you're a consumer in the EU, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away, which ends the usual 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. The refund promise above still applies.
